Ready-to-Wear and One-of-a-Kind items:

I will gladly accept any Ready-to-Wear or One-of-a-Kind item that does not fit or is damaged. Merchandise has to be returned within 3 days of receiving. Item should be in original condition, unworn with tag(s) attached. Please contact me before mailing item back via email: constance@constancekimblefranklin.com

After returned merchandise is received, refund minus the shipping cost will be credited to you by the same method of payment in which purchased was made.

 

Custom Design Fashions:

Custom design fashions are uniquely made especially for you, these items are final sale and no refund or exchange is offered. A deposit of ½ the final cost + shipping is required at the start of custom designs. Customer is required to meet fitting dates, failure to complete first fitting within 2 weeks of contact will result in discontinuing of production and any customer pre-purchased fabric/notions will be returned, the deposit and shipping cost will be forfeited. Items not completing final fitting within 30 days of design completion contact will be placed in the One-of-Kind collection for sale and no refund of deposit, shipping or customer pre-purchased fabric/notions returns will be made.
